  • Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Ensure all contract documentation is complete, accurate, and filed appropriately.
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Support the development and monitoring of project budgets and forecasts
  • Track project expenditures, including cost reports and financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and cost control measures.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings and presentations with stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any commercial issues or disputes that may arise.
  • Identify potential commercial risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on risk management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project risk management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation to regulatory authorities and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate project records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager and project team
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents, bids, and proposals.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
Required Skills and Competencies
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in the construction industry or infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding of contract management principles, procurement processes, and cost control techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
