About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Construction Carpenter to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for a 4th year apprentice or ticketed carpenter with a strong background in commercial construction. You'll be working on a variety of tasks including framing, concrete forming, site setup and takedown, and other miscellaneous duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform rough carpentry, framing, and concrete forming Assist with site setup and takedown Set anchor bolts, grout, and shoot elevations Read and interpret blueprints accurately Conduct quantity take-offs (an asset) Collaborate effectively with team members and site supervisors Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

4th year apprentice or certified journeyperson carpenter Minimum 3 years' experience working with a General Contractor Proven experience in commercial construction Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints Strong communication skills - both oral and written Valid Class 5 driver's license (required) Personal vehicle (preferred) Additional certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Fall Protection) are an asset Experience in finish carpentry is an asset
