Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and presentable. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot areas that need cleaning or maintenance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player when necessary. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Knowledge of cleaning products and their appropriate usage is a plus. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
