reliable couple or individual
for
permanent part-time cleaning subcontractor work
.
Overview
2 Cleaning contracts available in Stoney Creek/Hamilton, starting Mid- October for a couple or individual. Permanent Part time, each facility gets cleaned one day per week, can be clean Friday or Saturday.
Applicants must be detail-oriented, have a valid driver's license, and deliver high-quality cleaning as required by the client.
Compensation and Schedule
One facility in Stoney creek cleaned 1 day per week (Friday or Saturday) and will take two people 1.5 hrs or one person 3 hours to clean.
One facility in Hamilton cleaned 1 day per week (Friday or Saturday) and will take two people 2.5 hrs or one person 5 hours to clean.
Payment via e-transfer on the 30th of each month.
Client Requirements
All areas are under constant client surveillance.
Must provide your own supplies and equipment,
Must have a dependable vehicle, and insurance
Italian or Portuguese speaking is an
asset
Must be bondable
Willing to sign a non-compete-for-business form
