Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in our medical office. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas according to established standards. Use professional cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols, supplies will be provided. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for swift resolution. Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas meet quality expectations. Maintain a tidy work environment by organizing cleaning tools and supplies after each shift.

Experience

Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
