Qualifications (Required)
Minimum 1 year of professional commercial or custodial cleaning experience
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to travel between job sites
Availability to work Monday-Sunday
(Required starting work days: Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays)
Able to pass a background check
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks thoroughly and efficiently
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good time management skills to complete daily tasks within scheduled hours
Physically able to lift 20-30 lbs and handle active cleaning tasks
Reliable work ethic with a commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
Duties
Perform routine custodial cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and other common areas
Disinfect surfaces to maintain hygiene standards
Empty and properly dispose of trash and recycling
Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet quality and safety standards
Conduct minor maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs) or report repair needs to management
Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment
Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
