We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial retail stores on daily basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial work and a strong commitment to providing a clean and safe environment for clients and staff. Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces
Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure sanitation standards are met
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
Disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment effectively
Ensure all assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Qualifications
Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and reliability in completing assigned tasks on time
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving objects as needed
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
