Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial and public spaces. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The position offers consistent hours and the opportunity to contribute to a well-maintained facility.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness standards. Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas following health and safety guidelines. Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed. Ensure all assigned areas are kept tidy and presentable throughout the shift. Follow established safety procedures and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning protocols and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean environment. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving around large facilities. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.50-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
