We are hiring cleaners to help get a newly built 70-unit apartment building ready for tenants. The work involves cleaning post-construction: such as dust, debris, and leftover materials in individual units, hallways, and common areas.

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to work flexible hours--whether full days or part-time shifts. You can choose how many hours you'd like to work each day.

Key Responsibilities:

Deep clean newly constructed apartment units

Remove construction dust, adhesive residue, and debris

Clean windows, floors, fixtures, kitchens, and bathrooms

Dispose of garbage and packaging materials appropriately

Ensure each unit is tenant-ready

Requirements:

Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required

Ability to lift light to moderate loads

Comfortable working independently or in pairs

Reliable and punctual

Safety-focused, especially when working in post-construction environments
