We're looking for reliable, friendly, and motivated subcontractors to join our team. Whether you prefer working on your own or as part of a crew, we offer flexible opportunities with both part-time and full-time hours.

Please note: These are subcontractor positions. You must have your own commercial liability insurance to be considered.

Each contract varies depending on client needs, including location, schedule, and scope of work. Please note we do not provide residential cleaning services. As part of the role, you may also be asked to conduct on-site walk-throughs with clients to help estimate the time and resources required for specific cleaning jobs. The ability to assess space, communicate effectively with clients, and propose realistic cleaning plans is an asset.

Cleaning duties will vary from site to site but typically include general janitorial tasks such as sanitizing high-touch surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, emptying garbage and recycling bins, dusting, and spot cleaning walls and common areas.

Requirements:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, bending, lifting, etc.) Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with commercial or residential cleaning (an asset) Proof of commercial liability insurance Ability to work as an independent contractor
