Our Commercial Auto & Property Claims Adjusters work hard to provide support to our clients. They are responsible for providing efficient and prompt investigation, while full handling the claim from start to finish. Our Adjusters are not on a phone queue, which allows them to fully utilize their expertise on every claim.

They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our customers \xe2\x80\x93 this means emails and phone calls are answered promptly, keeping the customer experience top of mind. Working in a collaborative team, there is the opportunity for coaching, mentoring and development from our more experienced Adjusters to help grow both your Customer Service and Investigative skills.

Customer Service

Critical Thinking and Investigating

Time Management

You have:

2-5 years of Commercial Auto & Property Adjusting experience

Completed a 3 or 4 year Post-Secondary program

Strong Customer Service background

Team-first mentality
