About the role


Reporting to the Store Manager, the

Commercial Business Administrator

supports the commercial sales team by performing administrative duties, booking deliveries, and addressing builder concerns as required.

Responsibilities:



Register projects with manufacturers for special costing Price projects based on special costing provided Write up orders and books delivery with site superintendents Manages backorders by tracking backorder pick slips Update expected ship dates on written orders Communicate with commercial sales team and management to avoid backorders and site issues wherever possible Communicate with site personnel to ensure correct colors and fridge swings to avoid shipping errors and backorders wherever possible Communicate with builder office personnel to resolve accounts payable issues as they come up File all necessary paperwork related to multi-family accounts Assist with making up promotional booklets to accompany quotations being presented to potential new clients Keep all contact information up to date Communicates with Coast approved installers to ensure timely appliance installation where required Maintain a tracker of all products delivered to developments Maintain a calendar of all upcoming deliveries and updates as orders are booked Assist by performing other duties as required Produce Product Feature Sheets for sales presentations to developers and designers Create Sales Quotes based on pricing provided by Managers Generate Material Supply Contracts Based on Agreed upon product and pricing Generates Progress Draws/Billing for Multi-Family Sales Customers

The successful candidate will demonstrate



Strong communication skills (oral and written), team building, and interpersonal skills as well as strong influencing and relationship-building skills Adherence to Coast Appliances LP Policies and Procedures Expert process facilitation, project management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines Results-oriented, self-motivated
