Summary Of Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional service to your assigned brokers alongside the Production & Portfolio Underwriters with respect to new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, certificates of insurance Assess risks, underwrite and process at a level of moderate risk for policy changes and renewals Operate department phone queue Record underwriting info for the purpose of evaluation, assessment, audit & profitability Educate Broker partners about Unica's target market and strategy Identify opportunities to support Unica's strategy and analyze and report identified trends to management

Education and ExperienceUniversity/College degree CIP/CRM obtained or working towards one or both of these designations Proficient in Microsoft Office products Exceptional phone etiquette Must be flexible with hours of work as required
