What You'll Do

Partner with a leading Business Risk Advisor to manage and grow a high-value book of business. Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying risks and recommending coverage solutions. Prepare proposals, conduct renewal reviews, and ensure clients are always informed and protected. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Stay sharp--participate in training, cross-sell campaigns, and keep up with industry trends.

What You Bring to the Table

5+ years of commercial insurance experience. CIP, CAIB, or RIBO designation (or actively pursuing). Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A client-first mindset with a knack for building trust and resolving issues. Tech-savvy with advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word. Reliable transportation for occasional client visits.
