The Position



SPAAR Inc. is recruiting for a part-time term Colours Service Coordinator. The Colours Service Coordinator works closely with the Department Manager to assist with all necessary administrative duties with respect to the service scope. Including assisting administratively in day to day operations and subcontractor pay. We primarily work with residential new builds, single family homes, and apartment buildings. This is a part-time term position for approximately six (6) months with the possibility of an extension. This position is based in Calgary, AB.

Responsibilities



Setting up service requests in our in-house software with accuracy, attention to detail; with emphasis on providing pertinent details regarding possible future billing Daily monitoring of the service emails and builders' portals for new job requests Helping with builder, homeowner, and service team phone calls Assigning tasks to the Service Team and Subcontractors when required Closing out completed work orders cross referencing with invoices to ensure accuracy Assist the department Manager in all day-to-day services requests or service-related items Generating any material PO's required for the field Building, managing, and maintenance of the service calendar

Qualifications



A High School Diploma or equivalency (e.g. GED) and at least three (3) years of customer service experience and one (1) year experience in service dispatching Success in this role requires high attention to detail; the ability to problem solve; strong organizational skills; and the ability to multitask, be self-motivated, and a team player Attention to meeting deadlines is essential Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and adept at learning and adapting to new software Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in Accounts Receivable is an asset Construction industry background is an asset Knowledge of paint materials and the installation process
