Job Description

Panefri North America is a plastic edge band manufacturer located in Langley, BC. We specialize in printed edge bands that perfectly match our customers' kitchen top panels. To support our growing product development team, we are seeking a

who has excellent colour vision and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Match colours and textures on panels to develop accurate edge band samples for customer approval. Prepare and record colour recipes for bulk production. Assist in product development and maintain colour consistency throughout production runs. Work closely with the printing and production teams to achieve desired results.

Qualifications

Exceptional colour perception and ability to distinguish subtle differences in shades and textures. Must successfully pass a

colour visibility test

prior to hiring. No prior experience required -- full training will be provided. Reliable transportation is required, as our facility is located in a transit-free area. Strong attention to detail, patience, and willingness to learn are essential.

Compensation

Starting salary: $40,000 per annum during the training period. Salary increase upon successful completion of training.
