We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Coquitlam Collision Repair Shop of six employees. This role is ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions within our office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and have office experience.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and customers at the front desk with courtesy, and ensure a positive experience
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically
Schedule appointments, and manage job flow
Assist with bookkeeping and basic QuickBooks entries (can assist with training)
Support administrative tasks and managing office supplies
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Support clerical functions such as faxing, scanning, and photocopying
Print and organize repair paperwork
Skills
Computer skills with the ability to learn new software
Experience with data entry, filing systems, and clerical tasks
Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
