Advance Autobody is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Automotive Paint Technician

to join our collision repair team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, refinishing, and painting vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition. This role requires precision, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities



Perform complete and spot refinishing of vehicle surfaces using proper techniques and equipment. Prepare panels and surfaces for paint application through sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning. Mix and match paint colors using computerized systems or manual methods to ensure accurate color blending. Apply undercoats, basecoats, and clearcoats using spray guns in a controlled environment. Inspect finished surfaces for imperfections and perform final polishing or corrections as needed.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of professional experience in automotive refinishing or collision repair. Proficiency in color matching, paint mixing systems, and spray booth operation. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes. Familiarity with automotive painting tools and safety equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. valid drivers license
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
