Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join a collision repair facility in Barrie, ON. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This position requires a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, to ensure they meet company standards. Utilize various cleaning products and techniques to achieve optimal results. Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that need addressing before repairs and delivery to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency. Support the shop in various maintenance requests.

Requirements

Previous experience in cleaning or detailing is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
