Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in a variety of subject matters including, but not limited to:

Computer Fundamentals Microsoft Suite (MS365) Communication Skills Professional Development Customer Service
You will be responsible for travelling to communities within BC and fostering a positive learning environment and supporting student engagement and success. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs. Experience dealing with Indigenous communities is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

Become familiar with all online courses you will be instructing. Utilize the online LMS to deliver instruction using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Review student progress through assignments, tests, and other evaluation methods in the LMS. Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree a definite asset. Previous teaching or instructional experience is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
