  • Make and receive calls to/from customers to collect payments from customers that are delinquent on their loans.
  • Review customer files to determine days past due, promise to pay history and other information to determine negotiation path.
  • Negotiate best possible arrangements that are beneficial for the business and the customer.
  • Document all activity in the collections system.
Qualifications

Education
  • High School diploma/GED
  • General windows based computer knowledge
Experience
  • Prior call center, collections or sales background strongly preferred
Skills
  • Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills
  • Exemplify quality customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Must be an analytical and a critical thinker
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Hard working with excellent attendance
  • Ability to type while talking on the phone to customers
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented working environment.
  • Must be able to work between the hours of 10:30am and 7:00pm EST.
