Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Judgment Recovery Specialist to join our current legal team.The ideal candidate will have expertise in skip tracing and asset location to enforce unpaid court judgments effectively.

You will be responsible for locating individuals who owe money to one of our companies due to an unpaid court judgment,and identifying their assets and employment for enforcement purposes.Your role will involve using various skip tracing techniques and tools to track down debtors and recover funds owed to us.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough skip tracing to locate individuals with unpaid court judgments Utilize database searches,social media monitoring,and other investigative techniques to gather information on debtors Analyze credit reports,public records and other data sources to identify assets and employment information Maintain accurate records of all skip tracing and collection activities Collaborate with our legal team to initiate appropriate enforcement actions

Qualifications

Proven experience in skip tracing,debt collection,or a related field Strong investigative and analytical skills Proficiency in using skip tracing tools and databases Knowledge of debt collection laws and court procedures Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in judgment recovery or legal collections Familiarity with court documentation and processes Understanding of asset seizure and wage garnishment procedures
The position offers a base hourly wage dependent on your related experience,as well as commissions based on recoveries.
