This long-term Collections Specialist position is available in the Markham, Ontario area.What you get to do every day- Guarantee the processing of payments- Record all customer payments to the correct reports- Maintain quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries- Maintain and update customer files to ensure data integrity- Comply with all rules and regulations established by the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act- Locate delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. written correspondence, phone contact, and making arrangements for payment- Take care of inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence
