To maintain complete and accurate client account information for the Company through timely accurate accounts receivable process.

Key Responsibilities:



Accounts Receivable & Collections

Ensure prompt collection of payments by monitoring customer accounts for overdue payments and proactive follow up with customers. Ensure accuracy and timely processing of customer payments and new customer accounts. Reconciling credit card transactions in POS system to customer settlement in ERP.

Reports & Data Maintenance

Ensure accounts receivable management reports including significant overdue accounts are completed and distributed. Maintain accurate and timely data on collection activity. Ensure distribution of customer statements in a timely manner.

Communication & Administration

Ensure clear and concise communications with both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure cooperation with special projects as required and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:



Education and Experience

Post-secondary diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum three (3) years of related experience.

Specialized Skill or Knowledge

Strong communication and written skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work well independently. Ability to collect outstanding invoices from customers using diplomacy and tact. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookup functions and a demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Essential Duties

Ability to work long periods of concentration. Strong mathematical skills and basic understanding of accounting. Bondable.

Working Conditions

Office setting Occasional interruptions Compensation based on a regular work week of thirty-seven and one half (37.5) working hours, with additional working hours as required to meet ongoing business demands and to full fill job responsibilities.
