Supervisors are also responsible for the supervision and safety of personnel and equipment at all times, whether on a customer\'s location or between locations.Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Trican\'s core value, \xe2\x80\x9cWe won\'t put anyone in harm\'s way\xe2\x80\x9d is the priority in all activities
• Confirm all necessary product and equipment is loaded and ready for transport prior to leaving base
• Confirm with customer that all quantities, types of fluid, additives, and mixing processes meet with customer and program requirements
• Perform pre and post trip inspections and accurately fill out all required forms
• Perform rig-in and rig out of all equipment for travel
• Convey all safety concerns and procedures to customers and rig crews on site
• Complete all applicable paperwork upon job completion and forward to applicable personnel
• Monitor available hours to work and drive and hours worked for operators
• Assist in the development, evaluation, and training of all related personnel as well as provide guidance, leadership, and discipline to all employees
• Ensure job quality, safety requirements, and standard procedures coincide with Trican company standards, government legislation, and customer requirements

• Valid Class 1 Driver\'s license is required
• Minimum two years of experience in coiled tubing operations is required
• N2 and Fluid experience is an asset
• High school diploma is an asset
• Safe driving skills; driver\'s abstract will be requested
• Physically demanding - heavy lifting required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Skilled in problem-solving techniques

• 15 days on/6 days off
• On call 24-hours during shift
