The Opportunity
From the moment land is acquired to the start of construction, months--and often years--can pass before a project breaks ground. Much of this delay stems from the complex and manual approval process, where navigating and validating compliance across layers of zoning, planning, and building regulations is slow, fragmented, and error-prone. With requirements dispersed across countless documents and jurisdictions, developers face constant risk of oversight, rework, and costly delays.
We are launching an AI-powered platform to help real estate developers and builders accelerate the end-to-end pre-construction regulatory approval process. This platform will leverage recent advances in foundational AI models to understand requirements from regulatory bodies at scale, enabling teams to catch preventable issues early, reduce re-submissions, and shorten approval timelines across jurisdictions--ultimately delivering stronger returns.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this venture from inception to scale. The CEO will set the vision, build a world-class team, and establish a leading platform for entitlement intelligence and compliance automation.
This venture is significantly de-risked with early design partners, strong stakeholder validation, and a growing commercial pipeline.
Who We Are Looking For
We're assembling a team of entrepreneurs and technologists, and we are now looking for an accomplished Co-Founder & CEO. If you are up for it, you will:
Recruit and lead a high-caliber founding team across product, engineering, and GTM
Execute on existing enterprise design partnerships and commercial pipeline to bring the MVP to market
Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy
Build relationships with developers, advisory firms, municipalities, and technology partners
Lead fundraising efforts in collaboration with the founding team and investors
Drive the overall company vision, culture, and performance
Background & Experience
Demonstrated success in building early-stage ventures or leading 0?1 product launches
Experience in proptech/construction tech or adjacent enterprise software; selling into development, pre-construction, or AEC workflows preferred
Proven track record leading a business as CEO, GM, or senior executive with P&L ownership
Fluency in enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycles and value-based pricing
Strong communication skills with credibility at the Head of Development/COO level
Experience raising venture capital or strategic funding
