Full-Time

We are looking for a positive, reliable, and hands-on full time Coffee Shop Lead to support the day-to-day operations of our cafe and help create a welcoming experience for all guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and naturally takes the lead in supporting a team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth service and a clean, organized workspace Lead by example with a friendly, professional attitude Coach, guide, and support staff during shifts Open and/or close the cafe as scheduled, following proper procedures Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and training new team members Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs Ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and overall presentation Handle customer concerns with professionalism and car

Qualifications

Must have previous experience as a lead in a cafe, coffee shop or food service establishment Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy setting Knowledge of cash handling and POS systems Flexibility to work a variety of shifts Food Safety / ProServe certification
