Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Coffee/Restaurant Staff. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant food service environment, providing exceptional service and high-quality food and beverages to our guests. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction. Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS Take customer orders accurately and process transactions through cash handling and cashiering procedures Assist in food preparation and food service, ensuring quality standards are maintained Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, taking feedback, and ensuring a positive dining experience Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order fulfillment Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met Restock supplies as needed and assist with general restaurant duties to support smooth operations

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry, including barista experience, serving, or food preparation, is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is preferred Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work during restaurant hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Pay: From $15.65 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
