Chai Machine Technician

to install, maintain, and support our innovative 4 - lane vending machines across client locations.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain

Papaji touchless chai machines

at client sites and in our service facility Install and program

4 - lane hot beverage dispensers

according to customer needs Perform routine preventive maintenance, descaling, and calibration of dispensing and heating systems Provide technical support and training to clients on daily operation, cleaning, and machine care Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and installation reports Communicate clearly with the service team and customers to ensure smooth, high-quality support

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience servicing commercial beverage dispensing machines,

especially units like Papaji, Bunn iMIX-3/iMIX-5, or similar hot beverage systems

Strong knowledge of automatic mixing and dispensing systems, including whipper motors, gear drives, solenoids, and hot tanks Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills (110V-230V single-phase systems) Familiarity with programming multi-lane vending systems (drink volume, powder ratios, temperature settings) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently Excellent communication and client service skills

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
