Coding and Web Development curriculum

empowers children aged 7-14 to become creators of technology through hands-on learning in programming, logic, and problem-solving.

Position: Part-Time Coding Teacher



Role Summary



As a Coding Teacher, you'll guide students through engaging, project-based lessons in:

Scratch

Python

Web Development (HTML/CSS)


You'll foster creativity and technical skills in a fun, supportive environment -- no lesson planning required.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Education or a College degree Minimum 1 year of coding experience Consideration for: Interim/temporary OCT certification holders Students enrolled in a Bachelor of Education program

Responsibilities



Teach in a

1:4 teacher-student ratio

Deliver lessons using provided materials --

no prep needed

Complete required

training and observation hours

Track student progress and communicate with parents/administrators Demonstrate

enthusiasm, patience

, and

strong communication skills


Candidates should provide the following documentation upon hire:



an original Criminal Reference Check including Vulnerable Sector Screening, dated within six (6) months.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
