Best Brains of Niagara Falls is currently seeking passionate and qualified part-time Coding and Abacus teachers who have experience in coding (SCRATCH, Python and Web Development) and Abacus to teach the students ages of 6-14. No lesson planning is required.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or College diploma.

Coding:

Experience teaching Scratch, Python, Web Development.

Abacus

: Experience teaching Abacus for all levels Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teaching. Patience and ability to engage young learners

Available in person to teach

Consideration given to candidates enrolled in an education program. Experience working with children in any educational settings Pass a police clearance/vulnerability sector check

Responsibilities:

Teach engaging and interactive lessons in Coding or Abacus. Track student progress and provide feedback to parents/center Director. Attend teacher meetings as required. Arrive 10 mins prior to the class

Tuesdays: 4:20 PM - 7:40 PM Thursdays: 4:20 PM - 7:40 PM Saturdays: 9:20 AM - 12:40 PM

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
