Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and be proficient in applying various materials and coatings to products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

Apply coatings, paints, or other materials to products using appropriate techniques and equipment. Operate machinery and tools necessary for the application process, ensuring quality standards are met. Collaborate with team members to prepare surfaces for application, including cleaning and priming as needed. Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times. Assist in the fabrication and assembly of components as required. Utilize forklifts, cranes, and other power tools safely and effectively during the application process.

Skills

Proficiency in machining techniques and lean manufacturing principles. Experience operating forklifts and cranes safely within a manufacturing environment. Ability to weld and fabricate components as needed for various projects. Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to application processes. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in manufacturing applications. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
