- a strong work ethic;
- detailed orientated:
- the ability to take instruction and to work in a safe manner;
- excellent communication skills;
- the ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs;
- good hand eye coordination;
- experience working with hand and power tools including spraying equipment; and
- experience working in a coating/refinishing environment.
