Job Responsibilities:

As an Iron Bodyfit Coach, you will:

Deliver top-quality EMS coaching to members, ensuring a positive and results-driven experience. Conduct easy and natural sales presentations both over the phone and in-person to convert leads into memberships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction. Manage the studio's schedule to ensure smooth operations and availability for clients. Ensure the studio is always clean, organized, and ready to provide a welcoming environment for clients. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the studio by meeting targets and helping clients achieve their fitness goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

People-oriented team player with strong customer service skills and a passion for helping clients succeed. Experience in fitness coaching, personal training, or group fitness is preferred but not required. Comfortable presenting over the phone and in-person to promote our services and membership packages - sales training will be provided. Ability to meet and exceed targets, multitask, and solve problems efficiently and with a positive client-centric attitude. Proficient with computers and social media, and able to use technology to engage clients and manage studio operations. High degree of personal integrity and professionalism (punctuality, time management).

Requirements:

Must be 18 or over and legally eligible to work in Canada. Must be fluent in English. A second language is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. Experience in group fitness or wellness coaching is a plus. Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and/or weekends as needed.
