What will your typical day look like?

As a Manager / Senior Manager in the Deloitte Consulting, you will be part of a team that delivers innovative cloud technology Microsoft solutions to clients. We count on you to help clients define their requirements, design, develop or configure solutions, analyze client business processes, transform client data, test the solutions, etc. Essentially, we expect you to work with your team and clients across the entire implementation cycle.

About the team

Our Cloud Engineering team supports our clients as they improve agility and resilience and identifies opportunities to reduce IT operations spend through automation by enabling Cloud. We accelerate our clients towards a technology-driven future, leveraging vendor solutions and Deloitte-developed software products, tools, and accelerators.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are someone who has:

• Software project delivery experience in agile implementation;
• Experience in a client facing role;
• Ability to lead teams, scrum management and client communications
• Experience delivering projects with skills from roles above
• Experience in technology delivery of projects using skills and technologies mentioned here with a focus on Microsoft technologies that include system integrations and custom development
• Experience in advising clients on IT decisions of technologies
• Project management experience combined with experience from earlier in career as Architect/developer/Integration Developer/Product owner
• Application Modernization experience;
• Azure Cloud Native implementation experience;
• Experience with DevOps integration in solution implementation;
• Understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycle processes and project planning;
• Leadership experience demonstrated from leading and managing teams;
• Ability to identify cross-stream dependencies;
• Ability to gain an understanding of client business processes, requirements, while also managing expectations and scope as needed;
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills and proficiency with software such as MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel;
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams;
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions;
• Government Security clearance eligibility is an asset
• A bachelor's degree or Masters's degree
• Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with a creative ability to conceptualize and articulate new approaches and solutions.
• French and English language working proficiency is required for placement at the Montreal office.
