Summary

We are seeking a

dynamic and highly motivated CNC Turning Set-Up Operator

with more than 5 years of experience to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with hands-on CNC experience and a desire to expand their skills in a supportive environment with career growth potential.

Responsibilities

Set-Up and Operate CNC lathes to produce parts according to specifications. Prepare and setup fixtures. Load and run programs, modify if necessary. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Deburr and clean parts as required to meet quality standards. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Collaborate with team members to improve productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven CNC Turning Set-Up experience. Knowledge of machining practices, blueprints, and measuring tools. Knowledge of G-codes. Experience with Fanuc Controls. Strong attention to detail, initiative, and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
