Job Requirements:

MUST BE READY FOR 4-WEEK SHIFT ROTATIONS.

Skilled operator of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC Machining Centres (Fanuc controls/ Heidenhain) Ability to perform complete set-ups with appropriate cutting tool selection. Thorough understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings and use of precision measuring instruments, with strong understanding of tight tolerances and how to obtain them. Demonstrates a high level of mechanical aptitude and skill when manual handling machine parts. Experienced in Mastercam and Gibbs CNC programming/editing. Trouble shooting abilities for work with a wide variety of materials. Log all work timelines and tasks in Epicor (ERP). Must be quality oriented with a strong attention to detail. Maintain positive working relationships when interacting with other plant personnel. Adheres to and maintains safe work practices, including WHMIS requirements. Adept at reading/understanding Production Sheets for completion of accurate parts. Perform other duties as assigned.

These Vacant Full-Time Rotating Shift roles requires fluency in English (read, write and speak) with

1-YEAR CURRENT

CNC experience, preferably in a Precision Machining Shop.

MUST have reliable personal transportation (no public transportation available).

Early Shift (6am) start time
