Earn a base wage of $20-22/hour! Earn even more when you take advantage of the shift premiums, and a bi-annual raise/bonus system. All training is provided by Lofthouse.

Our Full-Time Shift Details:

185 days off a year PLUS vacation 12-hour shifts (Days: 7am-7pm and Nights: 7pm-7am) Shift Schedule: 84 hours per pay period +Week 1: MON - TUES - off - off - FRI - SAT - SUN +Week 2: off - off - WED - THURS - off - off - off 3-day weekend every other weekend Possible overtime opportunities

Our Part-Time Shift Details:

Variations of 6, 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts We work with your schedule and find shifts that fit with us and you!

What are the job details?

Achieve machine standard rates while operating plant machinery by following detailed instructions. Inspect, deburr and gauge parts according to detailed criteria outlined by quality processes and documents. Participate, suggest and look for ways to contribute to continuous improvement activities Have a proactive attitude towards health and safety, follow all company policies/procedures and OHSA legislative requirements to ensure safe operation of all duties.
