We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines, including milling machines, to fabricate and assemble parts according to specifications. Interpret technical drawings and CAD files using SolidWorks and other design software. Perform setup and calibration of CNC equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Utilize hand tools and basic math skills to measure and verify dimensions of finished products. Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working order. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Familiarity with Fanuc controls and programming is advantageous. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical documents. Experience with welding and fabrication techniques is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
