Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Mill Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to technical specifications. This role requires a commitment to quality and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring optimal machine performance during production.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD files to determine machining requirements.
Program CNC machines using Fanuc controls and Mastercam 2000/2008, including 4th axis machining.
Verify dimensions of finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise.
Apply Lean manufacturing principles to improve workflow, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in accordance with company safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in CNC milling operations with a strong understanding of machining processes.
Must have experience with Mastercam 2000/2008 and 4th axis programming.
Experience with Fanuc control systems.
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical documents.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement practices.
Competent in the safe use of power tools; lathe operation experience is an asset.
High attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
