CNC Milling Programmer/Machinist

Our client is currently seeking a

CNC Milling Programmer/Machinist

with a strong background in precision machining and programming. The ideal candidate will bring 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in CNC milling operations and programming, with a high level of skill in setup, tooling, and producing high-quality components. Key Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting conditions Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Troubleshoot and adjust programs and equipment as necessary Maintain machines, tools, and a clean, organized workspace Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes

Qualifications:

10 to 15 years of experience as a CNC Milling Programmer/Machinist Proficiency in CNC programming (e.g., G-code, conversational programming) Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects High attention to detail and commitment to quality No special licenses or certifications required

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
