Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team that shapes the future of aerospace precision!

Under the supervision of the production manager, the CNC machinist will be responsible for operating and setting up CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality aerospace components.

Role and responsibilities:

Operate and set-up CNC machines; Loading and unloading of materials; Read and interpret work instructions from blueprints, manufacturing process sheets, etc.; Loading of a program into CNC machine and ensuring optimal machine performance; Monitor the operation of the machine to ensure proper program performance; Maintain tight tolerances and ensure all parts meet strict aerospace standards; Verify conformity of machined parts using instruments such as micrometers and calipers; Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.

What you bring:

Technical diploma in CNC machining or equivalent experience. Between 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role (CNC lathe experience is preferred); Bilngualism (French and English), with ability to read and interpret English work instructions;*
Strong understanding of CNC operations, G-code, and M-code; Willingness to work the evening shift (3:15 PM - 11:15 PM)--

with a $2 premium!

Training will take place during dayshift (7:15am-3:15pm)
