CNC Machinist

MUST HAVE CNC Machining Experience (3 Axis, 5 Axis)

Koss Aerospace is hiring a CNC Machinist for the day, afternoon and night shift to join our team!

Position Type:

Full-time Permanent

Start date

- ASAP

Specific Skills

- Read and interpret blueprints; operate and set up machines to perform machining operations; verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers); perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.

Other Skills-

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., read text, document use, numeracy, communication, working with others, problem-solving, decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing, significant use of memory, finding information, continuous learning.

Working Conditions and Capabilities

- Machine shop, manual dexterity, attention to detail, eye-hand coordination

Education

- Completion of High school, completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training; Machinist Trade Certification

Experience

- 5 years or more experience (

5 Axis required

)
