Summary

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake and CNC Operator to join our team in Ontario. This role is crucial for ensuring precision in metal fabrication processes that align with our commitment to quality and safety. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our mission of excellence in building restoration.

Shears Machine Operator

Operate and monitor shears machine to cut metal sheets accurately according to production drawings and specifications. Adjust blades, back gauge, and machine settings to achieve precise cuts. Inspect cut materials for accuracy, quality, and finish.

Press Brake Machine Operator

Operate press brake machine to bend and form metal panels to required dimensions and angles. Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to set up bending sequences. Select and install appropriate tooling for each job.

CNC Machine Operator

Operate CNC machinery to cut, punch, or drill metal panels as per job specifications. Upload and verify CNC programs, adjusting parameters as needed for accuracy. Monitor CNC operations to ensure quality and make necessary adjustments during production. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.

General Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Perform quality checks and measurements throughout the production process. Maintain accurate production records, including material usage and job completion logs. Follow workplace safety policies and wear required PPE at all times. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate with supervisors regarding material issues, equipment malfunctions, or schedule delays.

Pay: $18.51-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
