Job Summary

We are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines. This role requires proficiency in, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge to produce high-quality precision parts. The CNC Operator will play a role in ensuring efficient production processes, quality control, and safety standards are met throughout manufacturing operations.

Duties

Set up and operate CNC machinery including milling machines and lathes. Interpret blueprints to produce precise components. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for machining operations. Utilize hand tools, calipers, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and quality standards. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure parts meet specifications through visual checks and measurement tools such as calipers. Assist in assembly, packaging, or other related manufacturing tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling and CNC lathes. Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings. Mechanical knowledge related to machining processes and manufacturing equipment. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precision machining. Proficiency with hand tools, calipers, and other measurement instruments required for quality control. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in manufacturing processes. Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
