Job Description

Tackpoint LP. is an established company that engineers and produces customized bearings and other machined solutions for industrial applications. We are looking to add a skilled machine operator to our team.

We are looking for someone with experience operating a CNC lathe, who is comfortable performing

roughing operations

in a fast-paced environment (1-3 minute runs times),

to join our night shift from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m

.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls Able to set up independently Competence with common measuring tools including calipers and micrometers
Qualifications:

Successful completion of high school with strong competency in math Naturally quick, being able to move efficiently to monitor multiple things in progress Organized and detail-orientated with accuracy and quality as a priority Must be flexible and open to assisting in any areas needed. Must be able to work as part of a team. Good work ethic, good attitude, trainability/aptitude, and good communication skills
