CNC Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, programming, and the ability to read technical drawings. The CNC Operator will ensure that all products meet quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines, including milling machines and press brake machines, according to specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations. Utilize logic controllers for machine programming and operation. Perform regular maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Measure and inspect finished products using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process. Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery. Proficiency in programming CNC machines is highly desirable. Basic math skills for calculations related to machining processes. Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
