Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced

CNC fabricator

with

solid-surface and countertop fabrication and finishing

. The ideal candidate is a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in producing precise, high-quality work. This position involves hands-on fabrication and finishing, as well as supporting daily shop and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with cutting, sanding, and finishing solid surface countertops. CNC operator

Donatoni Saw

. Support installation teams with countertop handling, delivery, and site preparation. Keep the shop organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards. Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing materials. Follow all company health and safety procedures. Perform other general shop and warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of experience

in solid surface or countertop fabrication (required). Experience operating fabrication equipment -

Bretton Router

and

Donatoni Saw

(preferred). Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and shop machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working safely in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered assets.
