Key Responsibilities
Conduct a
comprehensive gap analysis
of existing documentation and processes against CMTCA standards.
Develop and execute a
clear action plan
to close compliance gaps.
Prepare, refine, and finalize all
documentation, reports, and evidence
for submission.
Coordinate with faculty and administration to collect supporting materials and align operations with accreditation standards.
Manage all
communications, submissions, and follow-ups
with CMTCA.
Lead preparations for
CMTCA site visits
, ensuring staff and materials are fully ready.
Oversee the process from start to finish, ensuring Ruhani College achieves
end-to-end accreditation
.
Provide regular
progress updates
to the college leadership team.

Qualifications
Proven experience in successfully securing
CMTCA accreditation
for at least one other college or institution (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
CMTCA accreditation standards, policies, and evidence requirements
.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage an
end-to-end accreditation process
.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work with academic and administrative teams to ensure compliance.
