CMS Specialist (Optimizely) (Hybrid)
Primary Location: Toronto, Ontario
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a CMS Specialist (Optimizely) for our premier client in Toronto, Ontario.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications

• Optimizely certifications (CMS, Commerce, or DXP).

Education and Experience

• 10 years of experience in CMS implementation, with 5+ years in Optimizely Configured Commerce.
• Strong understanding of Optimizely CMS architecture, content modelling, and personalization features.
• Experience with Optimizely Commerce Cloud, including Catalog management and digital merchandising.
• Familiarity with .NET, REST APIs, and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable CMS solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with multi-site Implementations.
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments and DevOps practice

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and optimize Optimizely CMS within the Configured Commerce framework.
• Design and implement reusable content models, templates, and workflows aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Dev, Marketing, Product) to deliver dynamic, personalized content experiences.
• Support integrations with PIM, DAM, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Ensure content governance, SEO optimization, and accessibility compliance across digital properties.
• Troubleshoot CMS-related issues and provide training/documentation for content authors.
• Stay current with Optimizely roadmap, releases, and best practices.
